Orders received from the website will take 1-2 business days to process and another 1-2 business days to ship as long as you are ordering from inside the US and as long as no items within your order are on back order status. We do our best to notify our customers when an item is back ordered from the manufacturer. The time it takes for a back ordered item to arrive depends on both the manufacturer we are ordering from as well as the availability of the product, and we will keep you as informed as possible throughout this process.
We offer free USPS shipment tracking with every order. Your tracking number will be included in your shipment notification email that you receive once your order has been shipped and marked as complete. Additionally, if you have signed up for an account on our website when you made your purchase, than your recent order information including your tracking number can be found by visiting the My Account page. Does your tracking info say your package was delivered but you still do not have it? Please reach out to your local post office to begin the claims process.
As long as your order has not been shipping yet, we are happy to modify an order for you. Note that depending on what needs to be changed in the order, we may need to cancel your existing order and create a new one. We are happy to help you do any of this via Email.
You'll need to save all packaging and product in order to submit a claim with the shipping entity. You should submit a claim immediately and follow up with the responsible party.

A Comfort Place travels the country with our conference booth to sell directly to customers across the nation. Consequently, we are not always in the office. Until we are able to be in office 24/7, we will not be offering expedited shipping. Our warranty covers the replacement of any insoles that have been damaged. Your insoles come with a lifetime guarantee as long as you register your insoles within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that in the rare event that your insoles may burst or break, A Comfort Place is not liable or responsible for damages that may be done to shoes or clothing should there be any, but we will be happy to replace your insoles.
We recommend washing your compression socks after every use so the shape and elasticity is maintained. For best results, wash your socks using cold water only and hang them to air dry.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges and returns on unopened product within the first 30 days of receiving your package. For returns, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping fee we incurred. All we need from you is your order number and a brief email explaining what the issue is sent to email@example.com or via our Contact Us page.
Simply contact us with your order number and the products you intend to exchange. We will send confirmation if you are still eligible for a return.
After we receive your products, you will be contacted with additional tracking information for your exchange, or receive notification of your refunded transaction. NOTE:Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refund processing depends heavily on who you bank with. Refunds can be credited back to your account within 10-14 business days at the most. If 14 business days have past and you still do not see your refund credited back to your account, please email us and we will be happy to assist you.
We only offer lifetime replacements for TK Insoles Warranty registrants. Be sure to activate your warranty by signing up here within 30 days of your TK Insoles purchase date.
